Wednesday morning classes will no longer be offered. However, we are adding Wednesday evening classes. "Cool Flow" a brand new class at 4:45 p.m. and "Shape" at 6:00 p.m.

Saturday's Ease class at 1:45 will no longer be offered. In its place will be a new therapeutic yoga class for a private group. We may open this class to the public at a later date.

Classes for Saturday, February 4, are cancelled so that instructors can participate in a regional yoga instructor gathering.

Bummer! Tomorrow, Tuesday, January 24, afternoon classes (after 2:00 p.m.) are cancelled for a studio repair.

We are open for classes today. Shape (a mixed level Hatha) at 10:00 a.m. and Heat (an intermediate flow) at 11:30 a.m. Make the most of your snow day by practicing yoga.

This morning, from 9-10 will be the new class "Play." It's free today if you brave the weather!! I'm working on a new flow class and would love to try it out on some brave students:) Michele
