Intro to Yoga
Students
will learn about relaxation, yoga postures (asanas), breathing
(pranayama), and positive thinking. Focus will be on proper alignment
while in various asanas. Other areas that will be touched upon during
classes: meditation and mantras, energy centers (chakras), muscle
locks (bandhas), and various hand gestures (mudras).

LunchTime Yoga
Yoga
practice geared to energize and envigorate your body, mind, and spirit
for the rest of the work day. Classes are designed to fit into your
lunch hour, and are geared to allow you to return to your place of work
refreshed and renewed.
All Levels Yoga
These
classes will offer something for everyone. Our teachers will instruct
each pose from modified to more demanding levels, and students are
encouraged to find a level that they can perform with ease. Beginning
to intermediate level students are welcome, as well as more advanced
students.
Remember that Yoga is a progressive, non-competitive form of exercise!
